We ship worldwide, free of charge. Reliable global couriers bring your watch straight to your doorstep.

Delivery Information

We partner with DHL, DPD, and GLS to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of purchase. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped the following Monday.

Please note that the delivery estimates below are calculated from the day your order is dispatched.

Warranty Policy

Perun stands by the quality and craftsmanship of our mechanical timepieces. We offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty from the date of purchase that covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Coverage

This warranty applies to the watch movement, hands, dial, stainless steel bracelet, and clasp only. Under this warranty, if a defect arises during the warranty period and Perun determines the product is defective due to materials or workmanship, we will repair your watch using new or refurbished parts, or replace the watch with an identical or comparable model.

Exclusions

The following are not covered by this warranty:

Normal wear and tear or aging (e.g., scratches on the case or crystal, alteration of the color and/or material of non-metallic straps such as leather and silicone).

Damage caused by improper use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch, and non-observance of the operating instructions provided by Perun.

Damage caused by repairs or alterations carried out by non-authorized service centers.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and if possible, photographic evidence of the defect. Once the claim is validated, instructions for the return of the defective watch will be provided.

Please note that repair/replacement will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term:

Failure or damage caused by undue wear and tear or accidents.

Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.

Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (e.g., minor scratches, alteration of the color of the case).

General Information

This warranty is personal to the purchaser and cannot be transferred. The warranty service becomes void if the watch has been tampered with by unauthorized persons or entities.

By choosing a Perun mechanical watch, you are investing in a timepiece of exceptional quality and enduring value. Our warranty ensures that your watch remains a dependable companion for years to come.

Return policy

Right of Withdrawal

Perun is committed to providing our customers with high-quality timepieces. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 30 days from the date you received your watch.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your Perun watch must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels.

Returns will be accepted only for watches purchased directly from the official Perun website. If your watch was purchased from an authorized Perun retailer, please contact them for their return policy.

Perun reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the product is not returned in its original condition.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Contact Perun Customer Support within the 30 day withdrawal period to inform them of your decision to return your watch.

Provide proof of purchase, which must clearly indicate the date of purchase.

Customer Support will guide you through the return process, including the return address and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a traceable shipping method and insuring the package, as Perun is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Inspection and Refund

Upon receiving the returned watch, Perun team will inspect it to ensure it meets the mentioned return conditions. If the watch is in good condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of Perun receiving the returned product. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Exceptions

Perun reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned watch does not meet the stated return conditions. If the watch shows signs of wear, damage, or modification, we may offer a partial refund or return the watch to you.

Care and maintenance

Mechanical watches are marvels of engineering, consisting of numerous small components working in harmony. Over time, these components can experience wear and tear, affecting the watch's precision and performance. Regular maintenance ensures that every part of your watch functions optimally, preserving its longevity and reliability.

General Guidelines for Care

Wind your Perun mechanical watch regularly, even if you don't wear it daily. This keeps the movement lubricated and prevents the oils from congealing, which can affect performance.

Protect your watch from extreme temperatures and magnetic fields which can impact its accuracy and internal components. Being mindful around electronic devices, medical equipment, some kitchen appliances, high end audio equipment etc. can help maintain the accuracy and longevity of your Perun mechanical watch.

Always ensure the crown is fully secured before any contact with water. After exposure to saltwater, rinse your watch with fresh water to prevent corrosion.

Gently wipe your watch with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and perspiration. For metal bracelets, feel free to use a soft brush with soapy water to remove any any dirt or residues.

Avoid dropping your watch or exposing it to strong vibrations, as this can damage the movement or dislodge internal components.

We recommend having your Perun watch serviced every 5 to 7 years or immediately if you notice any irregularities in timekeeping or functionality. Our authorized service center is equipped to handle everything from routine maintenance to more complex repairs, ensuring your watch remains a reliable companion.
